Cuchi La La ... put some pepper in meh channa!!! Pepper is right.. this party is going to be HOT HOT HOT!!!! We suggest you run some sweet Parang tunes while reading the rest of the review - www.trinijunglejuice.com/parang.html. London cold as hell … human veins pumping blood just to keep us warm … you know we would like to be doing something else ...   and still that ain't stopping us from coming out in all kinda outfits! Tonight was Cuchi La La "Parang in London", Busspepper's traditonal Chistmas party ... we talkin' bout sweet Parang, pastelles, ham and hops, Ponche a Crème ... yummy!!!

Now they hadda come good because last month's tribute to Club Coconuts (Tribue to Nuts) at The Light Box was real vybbezzzzzzz! Will they make it THE party for the Christmas season?? Arriving just after 11 pm, there was just a small queue outside, but a swift move inside and the party was already ram out!!! We were too late for the complimentary Ponche a Crème, as well as, Christmas canapé nibbles of Garlic Pork, Turkey & Stuffing, Ham & Hops, Black Cake & Sweetbread ... but we heard it was bess!!

Now another new venue for the pepper tonight ... and we like that, it keeps it spicy!!! Agenda, tucked away in the corner of the city of London (and having been here for other events),  is not TJJ's favourite venue. A long awkward L shape venue on one level with 2 bars, one in the back and one long sexy one stretching the length of the main room, and the DJ's located right as you walk in - we like that!! Requests, requests requests!! The theme tonight is that sweet Trini Christmas spirit, mixed with some London traditions .. the flyer say no hats, unless it's a Santa hat! Now let's see if we can get a Santa hat by the end of the night?? Hmmmm ..... tonight, we looking for the sauciest sexiest spicy Santa's in the house!!

All excited, we headed straight to the bar for a shot. We have nuff birthday celebrations in the house ... so let's get the party started! Big up Dominica, Michael, Lyndon and Hutch ... some favourite TJJ birthdays in the house. As usual, and one thing we LOVE about Busspepper is if it's your birthday you in for FREE!!! ALRIGHT!!! We love it!!! Now despite our slight dislike for this particular venue, the bar service was great. They taking cash or plastic, and its no problem to get anything you desire. Who say the bar staff was partying up a storm too eh? That's right ... spotted on duty - photo - that's what we're talkin' about!

Now you may remember us talking about the Busspepper Kings at the Nuts party (see coverage) last month. Well they back and we love them ... Gladiators, Mr. Marvel and DJ Markee. And for our Christmas treat, we get Damian 'Big Tunes' in the house as well.  Now by now, you know TJJ loves loves these Busspepper Kings and the tunes they give us across every genre ... we talking old and new Hip Hop, Dub, Soca.. we even get some Cameo and Slick Rick! "It's like Candy" ... and we in our element! What topped it off was the Parang!!! Real people spin around the floor to this in true Christmas bliss. DJ's you didn't disappoint for a second!! Now by midnight, our Kings had the dance in an electric slide!!! Vybezzzz ..... we can't get enough. Some excited partygoers even fall down (photo) in the melee and continue to jam and laugh!! Somebody definitely get some pepper in their channa.. who say Trini Christmas is the bess ... is de bessssss!!!

What we love about Busspepper Promotions is that they always strive to keep things spicy, BUT yet they never take away from the things we can't do without. Now we already talk bout the sweet music ... so what would the pepper be without Hasan and De Four Caterers!! Near the entrance (or exit - however you want to look at it), serving all the best Christmas delicacies - we see ham, we see chicken, we see curry, we see pelau and a choice of pastelles including vegetarian, chicken and beef. Food, like the drinks, was easy to get. We saw that people could even make reservations ... jus put yuh name on a box of food and pick it up when yuh going home!! BUT that's not the only thing people were reserving - see photo!!! Jokes! We must play the fool sometimes in life ... it lightens up the day!

So great food, drinks flowing, music sweet ... what more yuh want for Christmas?? We even see someone take a break and get a foot massage (photo). On that note, some fabulous shoes in the party too ... darling ... Sex and the City meets Santa!!! We see a next man taking a little sleep in the middle of the party ... who say power nap??!! The excitement was too much!!

Before we go, we realise everyone with a Santa hat behaving badly ... got to get us one for the rest of the season ... let the bacchanal continue. So after being attacked by some potential TJJ recruits snapping like papparazzi after Britney Spears, we get the hat ... sweet ... WE OUT!!! A big and final thanks for Busspepper for donating money from tonight party to a children's charity in Trinidad.

Seasons Greeting everyone!!! We back with Busspepper January 10th and we hope 2009 is as smooth and sweet as their parties this year. Until then, we hear maybe a secret jam on Boxing Day will allow us to contine the saucy Santa scandal ... watch this space!
