Ok let’s go through the check list:

• No two hour wait in traffic to get to the venue. Check!
• No crappy free drinks of only rum & beer as you could bring yuh own cooler packed with prime drinks. Check! CHECK!!
• Nuff hot gyrls, one former Miss Universe plus de bess Miss World 2nd runner up. Check! CHECK!! CHECK!!!

Harts Band Launch has ALWAYS been one of the better parties to go to. From the earlier days in the 90s of getting a complementary ticket to the party for just playing with the band, to now having a non-hyped party with NO over dramatized costume show being presented by a self-proclaimed designer and self-absorbed photographer!

This launch really went to the heart of what the customer wants. A good cardio vascular work out as seen with all the honeys on top of every coolers wining in their sneakers (no stush crowd here). An Omega 3 Extract Costume Viewing Room where you can check out the costumes at your leisure (no climbing over people back as yuh try to get a better view of the stage for a costume presentation). And don’t forget to take an Image & Co. Aspirin for General Hart health (Xavier yuh still lookin’ and soundin’ good). Overall this launch had great vibe, but oddly enough Harts never seem to translate that vibe to the road Monday and Tuesday.

Lets talk more about what the customer wants: Harts has always had the nicer cheaper costumes; so I expected and got the typical Harts costumes with two exceptions. There was a sailor mas section for those not so Young-at-Hart who like playing Monday Mas with All Stars. And for those who can’t separate J’ouvert for big mas there’s a red devil section with pitch fork and all!

But yuh know Country Club has always been a strange venue. Your ultimate experience always depended on how they laid out the venue and your location in relation to that. But even with the covered ballroom area being way too hot and there being not enough lighting which caused you to trip over a cooler or two, the bathrooms were in de BEST non-congested area (yuh know man must pee when drinks flowing)!

So with thousands in attendance and even some B Mobile love from Shurwayne at this Digicel event, Harts Band Launch was an event I’ll recommend to everyone.
