Ahh yes! To party on a rooftop in money making Manhattan is THE best type of event in the summer. Especially when it's for a good cause. Baby Justin Paul to be precise. www.puresugarevents.com

We were fresh off a slammin boat ride and this event topped off our evening with ultimate style and an awesome sunset. The DJ's entertained the crowd of fashionistas with sweet soca, hip hop, classics and reggae.

The live entertainment was a special treat with the soulful voices of R'Kardo St. Von and Kevon Carter. Sarina "Violin Diva" had everyone's jaws on the floor with her superb skills on the strings! Trinidadian born artist, Alicia Aberdeen also had some of her amazing work on display. My favorite being that of the late Michael Jackson circa 1970's.

There was a gentle breeze blowing as everyone sipped on their cocktails and got down to jamishness. Did we mention the view? It was like the top of the Empire state Building was right in your back yard.

Although we missed the food, there was a selection of fruit and cheese that kept everyone returning for more. The vibe was indeed fabulous and it was inspiring to be a part of an event that served a purpose other than self gratification. Thank you Janine and the rest at Pure Sugar Events. You have our continued support.
