Fashion Week T&T 2010 On Saturday night patrons at Fashion Week Trinidad and Tobago were treated to designs under the umbrella of New World style. The show opened with Peter Elias who displayed a collection of floral patterned, bohemian designs that were accented by bold accessories that have become his trademark. Models then took the runway outfitted in DAV Originals’ designs by Dawn Victor. These were generally casual pieces in bright colours and colour block patterns. Donna Pemberton showcased African inspired clothing in earth tones. While Rodney Alexander made use of hand painted patterns on bright coloured cloth to execute his designs. Sonia Noel’s Mariska’s displayed a variety of styles mainly in black and white and fuchsia with geometric patterns and cut outs as a signature.
